There are two names that are synonymous in Ventura County Real Estate: Rosemarie Forsyth & Bob Rizzie, mother and son, serving Ventura County Families for over 38 years.

The staff consists of 21 Highly-Skilled Professionals who are willing to serve your real estate needs in the Ventura County area.  Many of the Realtors are bi-lingual.

The office is fully computerized and uses the best technology available to serve our clients.

There is also a full-service Property Management Division which is managed by Bruce Forsyth.  He handles both residential and commercial real estate.  Bruce was first licensed in 1974 and received his Broker's license in 1978.
 
 
Rosemarie Forsyth
 
Rosemarie was President of the Association of Realtors in 1990.  She has served and chaired many of the Association's committees and over 13 years served as an Interboard Arbitrator for the California Association of Realtors.  Rosemarie was first licensed in 1972 and received her Broker's license in 1975.  She has been active as a fund-raiser for the Oxnard Police Officer's Memorial Fund for seven years.

 
Bob Rizzie

Bob was President of the Association of Realtors in 1995. In addition, Bob has also served and chaired many of the Association's committees. Bob was first licensed in 1980 and received his Broker's license in 1985.
